School Is Out! Now what?

A Parent's Workshop on keeping kids busy while reducing screen time

This interactive workshop is for busy parents who need ideas on reducing screen time - that includes TVs, phones, tablets, and gaming systems.

Want to learn a system to keep your kids offline and help them develop a healthier relationship with technology?

This workshop is for busy parents who don't want their kids to spend all summer on their phones, tablets and gaming systems and are looking for ways to reduce the scrolling, gaming and sedentary screen time. I'll talk you through a system to get your kids offline (that your kids won't hate!) and lead your family with clarity and intention this summer.

Summer break and ALL THAT FREE TIME is right around the corner. Are you ready???

Live online class is Thursday, May 18th at 1pm PT/4pm ET and replay video is included. You'll get the Zoom link when you register.

Two things that parents dread:

"What do I say to my kids?"

Parents worry that their kids are going to "freak out" if they start setting limits online.

I'll give you a script to practice before you talk with your kids about introducing this system. This script will let you address their concerns while giving you confidence that you're doing the right thing.

"How do I know it will work?"

Figuring out how to reduce screen time can feel overwhelming.

I'll teach you:
  • Easy ways to start offline activities that engage kids' minds and make them forget about screens
  • How to be intentional about reducing screen time
  • How to ask your child about their goals using our worksheet

You'll have access to the replay video for instant download after the class.

A FEW OF THE TOPICS WE'LL COVER:

  • The connection between mental health and taking breaks from screens
  • Increasing awareness around excessive screen time
  • Non-screen-based activities, including finding local activities
  • The biggest difference between systems that work and those that don’t--hint: it’s not about the app
